Over time, these can accumulate and interfere with the platform’s performance. This guide will walk you through the simple steps to clear your cache and cookies—often the quickest fix for restoring smooth functionality in TradingView.

Browser (Web App)

Open TradingView in a browser you’ve been using it in (in our case Chrome), then go to Site Settings:

Click on Delete Data:

You will receive the notification that you’ll be signed out and that the cached files will be deleted. Select Delete to confirm:

App Version

Search Windows for "Apps", then open Add or remove programs:

In the list of installed programs- find TradingView and choose Advanced Options:

How to Control(Start, Stop, Reboot, Renew) VPS from the portal

| The following instructions detail the process to reboot, stop and start your VPS

Log in to your ${color}[#0000ff](client portal) using the email and password you registered with.

Select your VPS to control

On the dashboard, under Your Active Products/Services, click the Manage button of the VPS

Start, Stop, Reboot, Renew VPS

"Start" means turning on the virtual server, making it operational and accessible over the network. It powers up the VPS so it can perform its functions.
"Reboot" is like restarting a physical computer. The VPS shuts down briefly and then restarts, clearing temporary issues and ensuring all software runs smoothly. This is often done to fix minor problems or apply updates. During reboot, the server is unavailable—usually under 10 seconds for a VPS and up to 3 minutes for a dedicated server.
"Stop" means shutting down the virtual server, turning off the VPS and freeing its resources. This causes downtime until you start it again. Stopping the server doesn’t pause your subscription, as the hardware remains allocated to your VPS.
"Renew Service" means prepaying for the next service period for peace of mind.

How to connect to VPS from Windows

| You can remotely connect to your VPS from almost any device, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. We recommend using Microsoft's RDC(Remote Desktop Connection) which is free and works on all major operating systems: Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Android.

All Windows versions have a built-in Remote Desktop Connection app. To open it, click Start, search for Remote Desktop Connection, and then select it

Under Computer, enter the IP address you received in the email titled "New VPS information".

Click Show Options
Under User name enter the username that was sent you in the same email as above (administrator)

Check the Allow me to save credentials box if you want to save your credentials, so you won’t need to enter the password each time you connect to VPS

Click on Connect
Enter the password included in the email (You can copy it and paste, Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V)

In case you skipped step 5, you’ll have another chance to save the credentials for future connections by checking ***Remember

||| Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) creates virtual GPU and audio devices to redirect images from your local computer’s camera and audio from its microphone to the Virtual Private Server (VPS). Once the RDP connection is established and OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) is launched, OBS detects and utilizes these virtual GPU and audio devices to record and stream, ensuring smooth functionality. However, when you disconnect from the RDP session, Windows Server removes these virtual devices as part of its garbage collection management process. With the RDP connection closed, the virtual GPU and audio devices are deemed unnecessary and are consequently removed from memory. This removal causes OBS to stop, as it relies on these virtual devices to continue its recording and streaming tasks.

| To prevent OBS from stopping during live streaming, you will need to set up TightVNC. Unlike RDP, TightVNC doesn’t rely on any Windows graphics rendering software or hardware. Instead, TightVNC independently captures and transmits screen images and input commands between a local and remote computer.

| If specific ports are being blocked by the Windows Firewall on a VPS, you can configure the firewall to allow the necessary ports. Follow these detailed steps to resolve the issue effectively:

First, search Windows for a Windows Defender Firewall:

Click on Advanced Settings:

Go to Inbound Rules and click on New Rule:

Select Port and click Next:

Choose from selected options based on a Port type(in our case TCP) and enter the number of the Port you want to add. In our case- it’s Port 80 (we’re using port 80 to ensure the website or application hosted on a server is accessible to users) then click Next:

There is additional step when setting up this specific port. Check Allow the Connection and click Next:

On the next step- you can specify when the rule apply. Choose from the selected options and click Next:
