How to install Ninjatrader 8 desktop application on VPS


Ninjatrader 8.1.6 comes pre-installed on TradingVPS.


  1. Open the browser and search for ninjatrader, And click on ninjatrader.


  1. Click Open Account Or get started.


  1. Click on Sign up with Email Address.


  1. Confirm your email address.


  1. Click on Create User with username and password.


  1. Login with username and password.


  1. After logging in, on the Get Started page, click Additional Options. Then, select Import License Key.


  1. Click on Import.


  1. Insert the license key and click Import.


Please note: NinjaTrader may update their client portal from time to time, which could slightly alter this process.



  1. With your license imported, you can now download the latest version of NinjaTrader. Go to: https://account.ninjatrader.com/welcome-download


  1. In your Downloads folder, find the NinjaTrader installation file and run it to begin the installation.


  1. After installation, a NinjaTrader shortcut will appear on your desktop.
